Trying to purchase the backup utility from the app leads to a message that you must first buy the app. Nevermind that its already bought and on the phone. Do not buy until they get this major bug fixed.

I updated my iPhone application with a new version and lost all of my data. Now a back-up utility is available for $.99. Sounds like a good idea given the earlier problem. It requires you to download a program on your PC and generates a file with an unknown file type. How can you possibly know the downloaded backup utility is not malicious. These are your most trusted passwords to everything private!!

When I got my new iPhone, I was dreading having to re-input all of my password and account information... until I found the backup utility! I gladly paid the $1 and was thrilled until I realized that its absolutely useless and Im going to have to put all the info in again anyway. I loved this app but I will no longer be using it after this experience. I recommend spending a few extra dollars and having a long-lasting program over this temporary bug-filled one.

Could be better

This is terrible !!! First of all couldnt find the app for the desktop. Then once the file was synched, couldnt open it up so I wrote the developer...Got the answer you can only transfer the file to another source. What good is that when something happens !!! Dont waste your time or money !!! Arlene - CT

OMGosh! This is my brain for passwords. I remember the passcode to get into my app, then do not have to remember any thing else (oh, except to enter my logins and passwords). I have a history of needing to request new passwords with almost EVERY thing that uses passwords. Now, I just plug it in and pull it up when I need it. Probably could have some improvements but for my use...5 star!

It does what it says! Its very helpful for people like me who have a million accounts and forget all the usernames and passwords.

It crashes everytime i try and edit a password.

I really like its simple interface. I would give it high marks if I were able to edit passwords. It crashes every single time. Until its fixed I can only give it 1 star.

I loved this app but now it crashes every time I try to edit a password! Is it possible to fix it? Please?

App was doing what I needed but every time I need to edit or click on my info it closes. So Im uninstalling

Thank you for providing us with the update which fixed the EDIT option crashing issues. I can now edit my password info. Anyone else who experienced issues should update this app immediately. Thanks again for listing to our comments.

Horrible app! All your passwords are lost when you update, with no chance of recovery. Find a better way to store your passwords!

I lost ALL my passwords after the update!! :( horrible!

Horrible. Use to be 5 star app but now all passwords masked. Worthless!!!
